J.O.Y. Group St. Patty’s Day Celebration

Please join the J.O.Y.¬† (that’s Just Older Youth, our 55+ fellowship group) as we celebrate the luck of the Irish. We’ll have lunch and a special performance by local entertainer, Annie Akins. Reservations are required and must be made by Sunday, March 15th.

J.O.Y. Group Valentine’s Dinner

Make plans to celebrate Valentine’s Day with the J.O.Y. (Just Older Youth) group! We’ll enjoy a delicious meal of Caesar salad, bread, chicken piccata, short rib ravioli, grilled and chilled vegetables, and finish with tiramisu, all while being entertained by the musical talents of local singer/saxophonist Michael Hulett. Sit & Get Fit

An exercise class for senior adults that meets Tuesday and Thursday mornings in the church gym. Please note: parking is available on the church office side of the facility (no parking in the preschool parking lot, please).

WOW (Women of the Word) group meets

WOW (Women of the Word) is a group of working women that meets the second Tuesday evening of each month. They gather at members’ homes to enjoy a covered dish supper and encourage and support one another.

Dorcas group meets

Dorcas is a women’s group that meets twice monthly (on the second and fourth Thursdays) to use their talents for sewing to create clothing, bags, blankets, etc. These handmade items are then given to local mission ministries, as well as to various international mission trips. Hearts and Hands is a ministry that provides hot meals for local residents every Saturday. Volunteers cook and deliver meals.
