Summer Activities in Full Swing

Next Sunday, July 14, some of our third – fifth graders will be loading up on the bus and heading to Passportkids! Camp at Mercer University in Macon, Georgia. From the very moment the children arrive, they enter into a world where their faith is nourished and fun and fellowship is experienced. It is an unforgettable time that we are able to share together as a church group. I will send pictures from Macon for next week’s lifeline so that you will be able to see some of the fun that they are having at camp. Please keep each child and chaperone in your prayers this week: Che Arbo, Kielyn Arbo, Beau Browning, Bowen Colquitt, Mattie Colquitt, Sally Ann Hanzalik, Allyson Jennings, Michael Jennings (Chaperone), Peyton Jennings, Joy Lewis (Chaperone), Holly Lewis, Austin Martin, Jacob Triplett and myself.

Our Monday Mystery Trips are an exciting time of fellowship. Children who have completed kindergarten – fifth grade are invited to come and participate. We leave the church every Monday in July (except for July 15) and load up on the church bus and head to a mystery location. Space is limited and we generally can only take 30 people. The last two mystery locations were Rebounderz (a trampoline arena in Jacksonville) and Frames N Games (Bowling, 4d movie, Laser Tag, Arcade in Pooler). We have had a blast. I am excited about our next two events! If you would like to attend I invite you to signup online. Pictures from our last two events are below. I would like to thank all of the chaperones who have made these trips possible!
