Administrator

Lynn Bowman joined the staff at First Baptist Church St. Simons Island in January 2023 as the church Administrator. Previously, Lynn served in multiple volunteer roles with national and local mission organizations. Formally, she was an educator. Lynn has three adult children and enjoys playing Pickleball, taking beach walks, hunting shark teeth and beach glass, reading books, and being “Mema” to her grandchildren.

Lynn is passionate about seeing God’s glory shine among all peoples so people from every tongue, tribe, and nation may worship Jesus Christ fully. She is also involved with Perspectives USA, an organization focused on mobilizing God’s people to be a part of God’s global plan.
